Ingredients/Components
- sticks celery - 2 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- hot water - 3 c
- potatoes - 6 item
- carrots - 2 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 5 item
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- rosemary - 1/2 tsp
- dash of garlic and pepper - 1 item
- milk - 2 c
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make potato soup:
Cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Add water, potatoes, carrots, bouillon, salt, thyme, rosemary, garlic and pepper. Cover; simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
