Brazilian rice
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- marjoram - 1/2 tsp
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- rosemary - 1/2 tsp
- sharp cheese, grated - 1 lb
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 2 pkg
- boiled rice set aside - 3 c
How to make brazilian rice:
Mix all ingredients together and stir into rice. Pour mixture into a 2-quart baking dish and bake in a pan of water in a 350° oven for 60 minutes. Can be made 24 hours ahead.Recipe categories: Brazilian, Side dish, South american.
