Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- water - 7 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- chicken bouillon cubes - 5 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- carrots, sliced - 2 item
- potatoes, peeled and cubed - 6 item
How to make potato soup:
Add all together except the evaporated milk in large pot and cook until tender. Take masher and mash the vegetables. (You can also place in blender and puree.) Let the entire mixture cool completely. When cold, add the evaporated milk and reheat.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
