Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • water - 5 c
  • chopped onions - 2 item
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • can evaporated milk - 13 oz
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
  • stalk celery, sliced - 1 item
  • carrot, pared and sliced - 1 item
  • potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces - 6 item

How to make crock-pot potato soup:

Add ingredients except evaporated milk into a crock-pot. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 10 to 12 hours. During the last hour, stir in the evaporated milk. Makes 6 servings.
