Crock-pot potato soup
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1/3 c
- water - 5 c
- chopped onions - 2 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- can evaporated milk - 13 oz
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- stalk celery, sliced - 1 item
- carrot, pared and sliced - 1 item
- potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces - 6 item
How to make crock-pot potato soup:
Add ingredients except evaporated milk into a crock-pot. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 10 to 12 hours. During the last hour, stir in the evaporated milk. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups, Bacon.
