Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- chopped celery - 1/3 c
- chicken broth - 3 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- peeled diced potatoes - 4 c
How to make potato soup:
In a large saucepan, melt oleo over medium-high heat. Saut?© celery and onion until tender. Add potatoes and broth. Cover and simmer until tender. Puree mixture in blender. Return to saucepan.
