Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- corn flakes - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
How to make potato casserole:
Saute onions in butter. Place potatoes in casserole dish. Mix in soup, sour cream, onions and cheese. Mix together 1/2 stick margarine, softened and 1 cup of corn flakes. Sprinkle over top of potato mixture. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350°. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
