- oil - 1/3 c
- potatoes, cut in large chunks - 2 lb
- envelope soup mix flavor of your choice - 1 item
How to make roasted potatoes:
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour in roasting pan. Bake in preheated oven at 450° for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
