Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- jar Cheez Whiz - 1 lb
- bag hash brown potatoes - 1 (2
- melted oil save half for top - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs or corn flakes, crumbled - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix ingredients except corn flakes or bread crumbs. Put into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix 1/2 of the oleo with crumbs and put on top. Bake 60 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
