Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • butter, melted - 1/3 c
  • corn flakes - 2 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • jar Cheez Whiz - 1 oz

How to make company potatoes:

Place hash browns in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix next 4 ingredients and pour over potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with corn flakes and drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
