- egg - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- olive oil - 1 item
- bacon grease - 2 Tbsp
- salt, pepper to taste - 1 item
- can spinach, drained - 1 oz
How to make italian spinach:
In medium saucepan combine spinach, bacon grease, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook three minutes. Break egg in spinach. Stir until well blended and cooked. Sprinkle olive oil and cheese over mixture before serving.Recipe categories: Side dish, Spinach, Greens.
