Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- melted butter
- grated cheese - 2 c
- can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- cartons sour cream - 2 oz
- onions optional - 1/2 c
- twin-pack chips - 1/2 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix together hash browns, soup, cheese, sour cream, onions and 3/4 cup butter, melted. Put mixture in greased casserole dish. Crush chips and mix with remaining melted butter. Sprinkle over top of potato mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
