Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt
- whipping cream
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- cloves garlic, pressed - 2 item
- dash of grated nutmeg - 1 item
How to make french potato gratin:
Peel and slice potatoes thinly. Lightly grease an ovenproof casserole. Layer potato slices in casserole, sprinkling each layer with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Press garlic over mixture.
