Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 12 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Place thawed potatoes in dish. Mix with all other ingredients, except butter and corn flakes. Put crushed corn flakes over top and drizzle with butter. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
