Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- 8 oz - 1 can
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 can
- pimento, drained optional - 1 jar
- frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combo - 1 bag
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Thaw and drain frozen vegetables. Combine with soup, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour into a 1-quart casserole. Bake covered at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions; baRecipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Cheese.
