Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 1
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can chicken soup - 1 item
- hamburg - 1 lb
- raw sliced potatoes - 4 5
How to make potato casserole:
Brown the hamburg and the onion. Mix the soup and the milk together so there is enough to cover the potatoes. Layer all the ingredients in a baking dish. Bake 2 hours at 325° to 350°.
