Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- ground meat - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- tomatoes - 1 pt
- bell pepper, chopped - 1/4 item
- or 2 ribs celery - 1 item
How to make noodle casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Fry ground meat and onion until brown. Add celery, bell pepper and tomatoes. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender. Mix soup and milk together, then add meat and vegetable mixture. Pour over parboiled noodles in a large baking dish and bake about 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pasta, Casseroles.
