  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
  • onions - 1 item
  • butter to taste - 1 item

How to make potato casserole:

Peel and slice potatoes. Slice onions. Use sliced or grated cheese. Layer potatoes, onions, cheeses, butter, salt and pepper in that order. Keep adding layers until casserole dish is full or enough for a meal. Cover dish. Bake at 325° approximately 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
