  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated sharp cheese - 2 c
  • bag hash brown potatoes, thawed - 2 lb

How to make potato casserole:

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into oiled 9 x 13-inch dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
