Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 item
- cans Veg-All, drained - 2 oz
- sliced water chestnuts, drained - 1 c
- small onion optional - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Combine the first 5 ingredients. Pour into casserole bowl. Melt the margarine. Stir in the cracker crumbs. Spread crumb mixture over the vegetable mixture. Bake at 350° for about 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
