Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- diced onions - 1 c
- cube butter - 1 item
- large sour cream - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix butter, soup and sour cream together. Mix together with frozen hash brown potatoes. Pour into 9 x 13-inch glass pan. Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
