Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1 item
  • carton sour cream - 1 oz
  • pepper - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 3/4
  • can cream of potato soup - 1 3/4

How to make potato casserole:

Preheat oven to 325°. Combine all ingredients except cheese. Toss thoroughly to coat potatoes. Spoon mixture into greased, shallow 2 quart casserole. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 15 minute
