Easy potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup undiluted - 1 item
- can potato soup undiluted - 1 item
How to make easy potato casserole:
Combine all ingredients, except cheese. Stir well. Bake in a greased 2-quart shallow dish at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Potato, Main dish, Casseroles.
