  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • carton sour cream - 1 oz
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup undiluted - 1 item
  • can potato soup undiluted - 1 item

How to make easy potato casserole:

Combine all ingredients, except cheese. Stir well. Bake in a greased 2-quart shallow dish at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes.
