Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • cheese - 10 oz
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • stick melted margarine - 1 item
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • frozen hash browns, thawed - 30 oz
  • dried onion - 2 Tbsp

How to make potato casserole:

Place potatoes in 9 x 13 dish. Mix ingredients in pot to heat with half of cheese. Pour over potatoes and sprinkle with remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
