Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- cheese - 10 oz
- salt to taste - 1 item
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen hash browns, thawed - 30 oz
- dried onion - 2 Tbsp
How to make potato casserole:
Place potatoes in 9 x 13 dish. Mix ingredients in pot to heat with half of cheese. Pour over potatoes and sprinkle with remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
