Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- melted oleo - 1/2 c
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Mix and pour in casserole dish. Set in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Two cups of cornflakes may be crumbled on top after baking, if desired. A good dish to prepare for Sunday dinner.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
