Parsley potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- potatoes - 8 item
- fresh parsley, chopped - 1/4 c
How to make parsley potatoes:
Peel potatoes. Cut into 4 sections and boil until soft. Test with a fork. In a large pot, slightly melt butter with parsley. Drain potatoes and mix with butter and parsley. Toss or stir gently. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
