Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated mild Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- hash browns, thawed shredded potatoes - 1 lb
- onion, grated or minced fine - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix all ingredients and spread in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish (use margarine or cooking spray). Drizzle 1/4 to 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
