- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- bag frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 (32
- sticks melted margarine - 2 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix 1 stick margarine, potatoes, sour cream, undiluted chicken soup, onion, cheese, salt and pepper. Place in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish and cover with 1 stick of melted margarine and corn flakes. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
