Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- can Shoepeg corn - 1 item
- can French-cut green beans, drained - 1 item
- stack Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix first 8 ingredients and put in 8 1/2 x 13-inch casserole dish. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted oleo. Cover the top of the casserole with cracker mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
