sugar - 2 c
eggs - 2 item
milk - 1 c
flour - 2 c
butter - 1 c
baking soda - 1 tsp
nuts - 1 c
pure vanilla - 1 tsp
baking cocoa - 2 c
mashed potatoes, cold - 1 c

How to make potato cake:

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add 1 egg at a time. Blend in potatoes and vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda. Add flour mixture and milk. Stir in nuts. Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
