- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- butter
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- shortening - 1/2 c
- nuts - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- banana - 1 item
How to make banana cake:
Frosting:2 Tbsp. butter2 c. powdered sugar1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. vanilla1 banana Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan, greased. Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl, with a mixer. The batter should be somewhat smooth. When finished, bake. Mix the frosting ingredients together in a small bowl with a mixer.
