- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- oleo - 1 Tbsp
- diced apples - 3 c
How to make roman apple cake:
Cream sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla; sift together baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour. Add to creamed mixture. Fold in chopped walnuts and apples. Spread into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine brown sugar, oleo, flour and cinnamon. Sprinkle over cake. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
