Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- catsup - 2 Tbsp
- onions, sliced - 1/2 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- lean pork chops remove excess fat - 6 item
- cooking oil brown chops - 1 item
How to make pork chops:
Brown chops on both sides in small amount of cooking oil; drain off any fat. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Simmer 30 minutes or until fork-tender. Serve with white rice or noodles.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Pork chop.
