- water - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- catsup - 1/2 c
- onions, sliced - 2 item
- green pepper, cut up - 1 item
- to 6 pork chops - 4 item
How to make skillet pork chops:
Brown pork chops in a large skillet. Add water, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and onions. Cover and simmer 1 hour or until tender. Stir in pepper. Cook 10 minutes. Serve over noodles.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
