Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- catsup - 2 Tbsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- minced onion - 1/2 Tbsp
- can mushroom steak sauce - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak:
Mix together the hamburger, egg, salt, minced onion, catsup and Worcestershire sauce and shape into patties.Place patties, after browned, in a 13 x 9-inch pan and add soup, steak sauce and water. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
