Pork chop bake



  • water - 1 c
  • can mushrooms - 1 oz
  • envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
  • pork chops 1-inch thick - 6 item
  • medium potatoes uncooked, peeled and sliced - 4 item

How to make pork chop bake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Brown chops in large skillet. Drain on paper towels. Butter 2-quart oblong baking dish. Layer potatoes, chops and mushrooms. In small bowl, combine water with onion soup mix and pour over meat and potatoes. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours. Makes 6 servings.
