Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
- pork chops 1-inch thick - 6 item
- medium potatoes uncooked, peeled and sliced - 4 item
How to make pork chop bake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Brown chops in large skillet. Drain on paper towels. Butter 2-quart oblong baking dish. Layer potatoes, chops and mushrooms. In small bowl, combine water with onion soup mix and pour over meat and potatoes. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
