Ham and cheese bake
Ingredients/Components
- slices day old bread - 3 item
- frozen or leftover vegetables - 2 c
- thin slivers ham - 1/2 c
- sliced green onions - 3 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- milk - 1 c
- large eggs - 2 item
- mustard - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
How to make ham and cheese bake:
Heat oven to 325°. Lightly grease 8 x 4-inch loaf pan. Arrange bread, overlapping in pan. Top with vegetables, ham, 2 tablespoons green onions and cheese. Beat remaining ingredients and pour over top. Sprinkle with remaining onions and let stand five minutes.
