Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- corn bread stuffing mix
- brown mustard - 1 tsp
- can golden corn soup - 1 3/4
- boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick - 4 item
How to make pork chop and corn stuffing bake:
Combine soup, celery, onion, paprika and stuffing mix and put in greased pie plate. Arrange chops over stuffing mixture. Press lightly into stuffing. Combine sugar and mustard; spread evenly over chops. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until chops are tender.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
