Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- tomato juice
- grated onion - 2 tsp
- instant rice uncooked - 1 c
How to make porcupine balls:
Combine first five ingredients with half of the juice. Mix lightly and make 1 1/2 inch (about 18) balls. Place balls in skillet. Combine remaining juice and sugar; pour over balls. Bring all to boil, reduce and simmer, covered, 15 minutes, basting occasionally.Recipe categories: 5 ingredients or less, Main dish, Meat.
