Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cans tomato sauce - 2 item
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
How to make porcupine balls:
Mix meat, rice and seasonings and form into 10 or 12 small balls. Brown lightly in small amount of fat. Drain off excess fat and add tomato sauce mixed with water. Cover tightly and simmer 45 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: 5 ingredients or less, Main dish, Meat.
