Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- tomato juice
- grated onion - 2 tsp
- Minute rice - 1 c
How to make rice meatballs:
Mix rice, beef, egg, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup tomato juice. Form into 18 balls and put in skillet. Add sugar to remaining juice. Pour over meatballs. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 15 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Meat, Ground beef, Beef.
