Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- tomato juice
- grated onion - 2 tsp
- Minute rice - 1 c
How to make rice meatballs:
Combine rice (from box) with beef, egg, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup tomato juice. Shape into balls and place in skillet. Add sugar to remaining 2 cups of tomato juice. Pour over meatballs. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 15 minutes, basting occasionally.Recipe categories: Meat, Ground beef, Beef.
