Ingredients/Components
- medium onion - 1/4 item
- garlic - 1/4 tsp
- sausage - 1 lb
- can sauerkraut - 1 item
- can diced stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- diced baking potatoes - 2 item
How to make polish stew:
Brown potatoes, onion and garlic in small amount of cooking oil. Completely cook potatoes. Add sauerkraut, tomatoes and sausage. (Cut sausage into serving sizes.) Simmer for 30 minutes on low. Serve.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Stew.
