Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- finely shredded carrots - 2 c
- Miracle Whip salad dressing
- ready-to-spread vanilla frosting - 1 c
How to make easy carrot cake:
Combine cake mix, salad dressing, eggs, water and cinnamon, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Pour in greased pan (13 x 9-inch). Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until done. Cool and spread with frosting.Recipe categories: Breads, Lunch/snacks, Coffee cakes.
