Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
- vegetable oil - 3/4 c
- butter flavoring - 1 tsp
- yellow or white cake mix - 1 item
- instant pudding
- butter flavor - 1 tsp
- Pour into round greased cake pan I use angel food pan
How to make pound cake:
Beat the first 7 ingredients for 8 minutes. Pour into round greased cake pan (I use angel food pan). Mix together the sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over top and swirl through cake with a knife. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes (my oven). After first cake, you may have to adjust baking time to fit your oven. Set timer! Do not open oven while baking! (It will fall if you do, but will still taste good.)Icing:1 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. butter flavoring1 tsp. vanilla Blend together; pour over hot cake when it comes out of the oven.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
