Ingredients/Components
- carrots - 1/2 lb
- potatoes - 8 item
- stalk celery - 1/2 item
- can green beans - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- cans stewed tomatoes - 2 item
- can butter beans - 1 item
- can pinto beans - 1 item
- Polish or smoke sausage - 1 pkg
- can chopped okra - 1 item
How to make polish stew:
Dice all vegetables and then add the canned ingredients. Cook approximately 30 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook until potatoes are done. Soup can be thickened by adding 1/2 cup flour and water stirred in while cooking.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Stew.
