Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- water
- oil - 1/4 c
- almond extract - 1/2 tsp
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- drops green food coloring optional - 7 item
- 4-serving size Pistachio instant pudding - 1 pkg
How to make pistachio pudding cake:
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend and then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 10 in. tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
