Pistachio pudding cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 2 c
- melted butter - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- walnuts, chopped - 1 c
- room temperature cream cheese
How to make pistachio pudding cake:
Filling:1 (8 oz.) room temperature cream cheese1 c. powdered sugar Cool Whip Mix flour, walnuts, butter and sugar like a pie crust. Pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool.Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Fold in about 1/2 of 12 ounce container of Cool Whip (or use 1 small). Pour over crust. Mix 2 small packages instant pistachio pudding and 3 cups milk. Pour over cream cheese mix. Top with remainder of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
