Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- water
- oil - 1/2 c
- Cool Whip - 12 oz
- white cake mix - 1 item
- pistachio pudding * - 2 pkg
How to make pistachio pudding cake:
Icing:1 pkg. pistachio pudding *1/2 c. milk12 oz. Cool Whip Mix all ingredients in cake mixture and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes, until lightly browned. This makes 3 layers.When completely cooled, mix icing mixture with mixer until completely mixed, then ice cake layers.
*All pudding is instant.
