- cans pineapple tidbits, drained reserve juice - 2 or
- plain flour - 6 Tbsp
- sugar - 1 c
- grated cheese - 2 c
- pineapple juice - 12 Tbsp
- Add pineapple tidbits
- stick melted butter - 3/4 item
How to make pineapple casserole:
Combine flour, sugar, cheese and pineapple juice. Add pineapple tidbits. Spoon into greased casserole.Topping:1 c. crushed Ritz crackers3/4 stick melted butter Mix and spread over pineapple mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Main dish.
