- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- large size instant vanilla pudding mix - 1 item
- Keebler graham crackers not honey graham - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclairs:
Boil first 4 ingredients and set aside. Prepare pudding mix by adding milk; add Cool Whip. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer crackers and add pudding mix. Begin and end with crackers (3 layers crackers and 2 layers of mix). Top with chocolate mixture. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Weeknight, Vegetarian.
